About Energy Worker Advocate

Energy Worker Advocate provides authorized, non-legal representation for individuals and families navigating the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA).

We focus exclusively on EEOICPA claims and work directly with claimants and their families to help them understand the process, prepare accurate documentation, and manage their claims through the Department of Labor.

With over a decade of experience working within the EEOICPA program, we bring practical, working knowledge of how the program operates not just how it is written. Our approach is straightforward and personal, with careful attention to detail and clear communication throughout every stage of a claim.

Energy Worker Advocate is not a law firm. We serve as an authorized representative, assisting with claim preparation, submission, and ongoing communication with the Department of Labor. We do not provide legal advice, but we help claimants navigate a complex federal program with clarity and confidence.

Representation fees under the EEOICPA program are governed by federal law. Fees are handled in accordance with 20 C.F.R. § 30.602.

There is no upfront cost, and payment is only made if benefits are awarded.
